Shipping policy


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (USA Only)

Delivery times begin after the order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (define your free-shipping threshold).


4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
No international shipping is available at this time.

Additional notes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or US Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI).

  • Large/oversized items may have longer processing times or additional fees.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement.

If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@go4itstore.com.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Go4ItStore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

  • If your package is marked as Delivered but you did not receive it:

    • Check with neighbors or building management.

    • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.

    • Then contact us to request assistance.


7. Order Address Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete delivery address.

  • Go4ItStore is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order is shipped.


8. Returns Related to Shipping

For delivery-related returns (refused, undeliverable, incorrect address):

  • The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will exclude original shipping costs.
