Shipping policy
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (USA Only)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (define your free-shipping threshold).
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
No international shipping is available at this time.
Additional notes:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or US Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI).

Large/oversized items may have longer processing times or additional fees.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement.
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@go4itstore.com.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Go4ItStore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

If your package is marked as Delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or building management.

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.

Then contact us to request assistance.

7. Order Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete delivery address.

Go4ItStore is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
8. Returns Related to Shipping
For delivery-related returns (refused, undeliverable, incorrect address):

The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Refunds, when applicable, will exclude original shipping costs.
