Refund policy

1. Overview

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to customers within the United States.


2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • After 15 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging, with all accessories included

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital items or downloadable products

  • Health, hygiene, or intimate goods (e.g., earbuds, underwear, opened cosmetics)


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@go4itstore.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

  2. We will review and, if approved, send you:

    • A return authorization

    • Instructions for returning your item

    • A prepaid shipping label (when applicable)

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, return shipping is free.

  • For all other returns (e.g., did not like item, changed mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may be deducted from the refund.


6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.


7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Wrong items received

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will issue a replacement, reshipment, or refund at no cost to you.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Verify the address

  • Check with neighbors/household

  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages early)

If still unresolved, contact us and we will help file a carrier claim.


10. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
